Fludarabine is a cancer (antineoplastic) medication. It is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a type of blood cancer. It is marketed under the brand name Fludara®.

Fludarabine belongs to the group of medicines called antimetabolites. These type of medications work by interfering with the genetic material (DNA) inside the cancer cells and prevent them from further dividing and growing into more cancer cells.
